Bee Yi & Co. is a boutique Intellectual Property law firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The firm is founded by Bee Yi LIM. The services offered by the firm in relation to the protection of intellectual property such as trademarks, copyrights and industrial design, include identification of intellectual property rights, pre-filing advisory, clearance searches, registration, maintenance of intellectual property portfolio both locally and overseas, enforcement, litigation, mitigation of risks and assistance with the commercialising of intellectual property.

Our People

Bee Yi

FOUNDER

Bee Yi read law in the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree. She is a barrister-at-law of England and Wales and Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

She has more than 14 years experience in the field of intellectual property and has assisted many local and foreign entities on intellectual property protection and commercialisation. Prior to founding the firm, she practised in leading law firms in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where she specialised in intellectual property.

As an intellectual property lawyer, Bee Yi has assisted clients from industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, entertainment and media, fashion, pharmaceutical and others.
